Flexible Vendor Participation / Service Level Agreements

Our model is designed to accommodate vendors at various levels of engagement, with Service Level Agreement (SLA) rates tailored to their level of involvement:

Full-Service SLA: Those relying heavily on our delivery and stocking services are subject to Full SLA rates. ( 20% )

Fusion Service SLA: Vendors utilizing partial logistic support receive mid-range SLA rates and provide on-site delivery and stocking services to some locations. ( 10% - 20% )

Vendor Pro SLA: Those who handle their own delivery and stocking enjoy the lowest SLA rates, maximizing their revenue potential. ( 5% - 20% )

On-Site Food Truck SLA: Food Trucks with long term assignments in commercial locations do not pay commission on sales from their truck. ( 0% ) 

Meals on a Mission SLA: Merchants participating in Fusion Serve Charity events enjoy the lowest rate of 0% ( Donation Made by Fusion Serve Minimum of 10% Total Sales )

Our Commission structure Rewards Vendor Participation and Efficiency:

SLA rates range from 0% to 20% for long-term assignments

Vendors receive 80% to 100% of revenue, according on their service level rate

The more self-sufficient the vendor, the lower the SLA Rate !
